What's the difference between My Work and Team views?
Quick answer: My Work shows only projects you created. Team shows every project in your organization. The toggle is at the top of Projects next to New Project.
What each view shows
- My Work — only projects where you're the creator. Cleaner for day-to-day work.
- Team — every project anyone on your org has created. Good for firms with multiple project managers or admins monitoring throughput.
The Team tab only appears if you're on an org with more than one member. Solo accounts see just My Work.
Team view extras
When you're in Team view, you get:
- Stats bar — total, processing, completed, failed across the whole team.
- Team member filter — show just one person's projects.
- Creator badge — the initial and first name of whoever created each project appears on the card.
