How do I open a review someone shared with me?
Quick answer: Open the link you were sent. The page shows who ran the review and a summary of what it found. Click Create your free account with Google or Continue with Microsoft (or View {name}'s report if you're already signed in). You land inside the report. It also appears in My Work with a Shared with you badge.
Steps
-
Open the link from the text or email.
-
The page shows "{name} ran this project through CrossBeam," the address, and the fail, flag, and pass counts. If the review is still running, it says "Review in progress."

-
Sign in:
- Already signed in? Click View {name}'s report.
- Link someone copied for you? Click Create your free account with Google or Continue with Microsoft. If you already have an account, sign in the same way.
- Email invitation? Click Create your free account to view the report, then sign in with Google or Microsoft using the email it was sent to. The page shows that address, partly hidden.
-
You land in the report. Later, find it on Projects under My Work, marked Shared with you.
What you can do as a collaborator
- View the results and findings, discuss findings, and export letters.
- You can't edit or delete the project, and you don't join the sharer's team.
If the link doesn't work
- "This link is no longer active." It expired, was turned off, or reached its limit. Ask the sender for a new link.
- "This invite has already been used." If that was you, click Go to sign in.
- "This invitation was sent to {email}." Sign in with that email. See My invitation link isn't working.
