Why is my job site marked Expired, and how do I reactivate it?
Quick answer: When a job site's term ends, it shows Expired and becomes read-only: you can still open its timeline, site facts, and documents, but you can't start new runs or upload files there. Open the site and click Reactivate in the banner to make it active again.
Steps

Open the property from the Job Sites tab of your dashboard. Expired sites say Expired on their card.

On the site's page, find the banner: This job site's term has ended — it's read-only. Reactivate to run new analyses here.

Click Reactivate. The badge changes to Active, and the round + button and Upload documents come back.
Who can reactivate
The person who created the site, or an admin of your organization. If you get an error, ask one of them.
