How do I reset my password?
Quick answer: On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?, enter your email, and click Send reset link. Open the link in the email, enter your new password twice, and click Update password.
Steps

Go to Sign in and click Forgot password? (or go straight to Reset password).

Enter the email you sign in with and click Send reset link.

The page confirms: "If an account exists for {your email}, we sent a reset link." Check your inbox and spam folder.

Click the link in the email. It opens Set a new password.

Enter the password in New password and Confirm new password, then click Update password.

The button changes to Saved and CrossBeam takes you to Projects.
If the link doesn't work
- "Your reset link expired or is invalid." Click Request a new link and start over. Use the newest email if you asked more than once.
- No email arrives. Check spam. The confirmation appears whether or not an account exists, so make sure you typed the email you sign in with.
- You sign in with Google or Microsoft. You don't need a password. Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft on the sign-in page.
