How do I sign in as a city reviewer?
Quick answer: Go to /login, sign in with your city email (the one your admin provisioned). Once you're in, the Plan Reviews dashboard lands with the Team queue selected — every submittal uploaded to your department is visible there.
Steps
- Go to crossbeam-permits.com/login.
- Enter your city email address (e.g.
jdoe@buenapark.com). - Complete the sign-in flow your admin set up (magic link, password, or SSO).
- You'll land on Plan Reviews with the Team toggle selected.
I'm a builder who accidentally got a city account
Reviewer accounts are tied to a city-department organization. If you signed in and you can see a Team queue of submittals, your account has city-reviewer permissions. Talk to your admin if that's wrong.
Signing out
Click your email address top-right (e.g. mfoulkes@buenapark.com) to open the user menu, then choose sign out. Next visit will return you to /login.
