How do I change the name or email on my account?
Quick answer: Settings → Account shows your email and name, but you can't edit them there. Email team@getonbreeze.com to change them. To change the name printed on your corrections responses, edit your signature instead.
Steps
- Go to Settings to check the Email and Name on your account.
- If you signed up with Google or Microsoft, your name comes from that account.
- To change either one, email team@getonbreeze.com from the address you sign in with. See Contact support.
- To change only the name, title, phone, or email printed on your letters, use the corrections response signature.
