What is Drive and when would I use it as a reviewer?
Quick answer: Drive in the top nav is a file area for loose uploads that aren't tied to a specific submittal — things like your department's standard details, checklists, or reference PDFs you want the Assistant to read against. Submittals from builders don't go here; they go through the normal upload flow and land on the queue.
What goes in Drive
- City standard details and typical sections you want Ask AI or the Assistant drawer to reference.
- Checklists your department uses internally.
- Training documents for new reviewers.
- Research PDFs.
What doesn't go in Drive
- A builder's submittal — that comes in through the submit portal / upload flow and appears on the Plan Reviews queue as a project.
- Sensitive personal data.
