How do I use Ask AI as a reviewer?
Quick answer: Ask AI in the top nav opens a chat scoped to your city's code corpus (e.g. /chat/buena-park). Use it for general questions you'd otherwise open your municipal code or the CBC to answer — "what's the setback rule for a detached ADU?", "which sheets need a wet stamp?" It's separate from the in-project Assistant drawer.

What the city-scoped Ask AI knows
- State building code: CBC, CRC, CPC, CMC, CEC, CALGreen.
- Your city's municipal code (ADU, zoning, fire district, process, submittal rules).
- Current CA code cycle (2025 after 2026-01-01).
It does not know about individual submittals in your queue — that's the in-project Assistant's job.
