How do I give feedback on the AI's corrections letter?
Quick answer: Top-right of the Corrections Letter tab is a three-dot button. It opens a small popover titled Was this helpful? with three options — Helpful, Issue, Suggest. Use it to tell the team what the AI got right, where it went wrong, and what you'd change. Feedback goes to the team that trains the review skills.

Click the ... button → Was this helpful? appears with:
- Helpful (thumbs up) — quick affirmation that this letter is good.
- Issue (thumbs down) — something's wrong. Opens a free-text box to say what.
- Suggest (pencil) — propose an improvement. Useful for "this would be perfect if it also called out X."
What to say
- Missed a correction — say which item is missing and which code it cites.
- False positive — which finding is wrong and why.
- Wrong code citation — which item cites the wrong code section, and the correct one.
- Wrong scope call — e.g., "treated as an ADU but this is actually a remodel."
- Formatting / wording — smaller gripes ("use our department's opening salutation").
When not to use this
- You disagree with a specific finding in the current submittal — Modify or Reject it on the Findings tab instead. Feedback is for systemic issues; triage is for this submittal.
- You want to change a city rule — that's a skill change, not a letter issue. Talk to your admin.
