The AI got a finding wrong — what do I do?
Quick answer: For a single wrong finding: Reject it (if it doesn't apply) or Modify it (if the idea is right but the wording is wrong). For a systemic issue affecting many findings: use the Was this helpful? feedback popover on the Corrections Letter tab so the team can fix the underlying skill.
Decide what kind of "wrong" it is
| Kind | What to do |
|---|---|
| AI flagged something that isn't actually a miss | Reject the finding and enter a short reason. |
| AI had the right idea but wrong language | Modify the finding text. |
| AI cited the wrong code section but the issue is real | Modify — fix the citation in the Required Action text. |
| AI missed something important | Click Add finding on the Findings toolbar and place a pin, or add it in Bluebeam and re-import. |
| The whole review is structurally wrong (e.g., classified the project wrong) | Reset & Run Again at the bottom of the page. |
| This keeps happening across submittals | Feedback — ... → Issue on the Corrections Letter tab. |
A note on [VERIFY] items
Findings tagged [VERIFY] in the letter are items the AI already flagged as uncertain. Those aren't "wrong" — they're explicitly asking for your visual confirmation. Review the sheet, then Accept, Modify, or Reject the finding.
