How do I triage a finding as a reviewer (Accept / Reject / Modify / Skip)?
Quick answer: Click a finding to expand it, then use the action row at the bottom: Accept, Reject, Modify, Skip. Accept, Reject, and Modify update the finding's review state and tick the progress ring (N/Total at the top of the toolbar). Skip parks the finding for later in this browser session.
The four triage actions
| Action | What it means | Goes into the issued letter? |
|---|---|---|
| Accept | You agree with the AI's finding as-is. Your professional signoff. | Yes. |
| Reject | The finding is wrong or not code-required. Requires a one-line reason. | No. |
| Modify | Rewrite the AI's text to match your city's language or fix a misread. | Yes, with your modified text. |
| Skip | Decide later without saving a database decision. | No. |
Steps
- Click a finding card to expand it. The Required Action section is now visible, along with the action row.
- Decide which of the four actions applies.
- Click Accept / Reject / Modify / Skip.
- If you click Reject, enter the reason and save it. Rejected items move into the collapsed Rejected group at the bottom of the list.
- Repeat for every finding. Use view modes to make this efficient — Focus mode auto-advances to the next pending finding.
If you're not sure what a finding is asking for
- Click the card — the pin on the sheet highlights so you can see where on the drawing the issue sits.
- Hover the expanded card — a chat icon appears (bottom-right). Click it to open the Assistant drawer scoped to this one finding, with the sheet image loaded as context.
- When it clicks for you, come back and triage.
The triage progress ring
Top of the Findings toolbar, the N/Total counter:
- Ring fills as findings move out of pending.
- Accepted, rejected, and modified findings count as reviewed.
- Skipped findings stay pending because Skip is a temporary, local parking action.
- When the ring is full, every finding has a saved decision — you're ready to Finalize.
