How do I read the AI findings?
Quick answer: Findings are grouped by sheet in the left pane (CS 0/1, A1 0/3, A3 0/34, etc.). Each card shows a title, a pin-count badge, code citations, the AI's read on the issue, and tag chips (Correction / Correction Needed / priority / category / sheet ID). Click a card to expand it and reveal the Required Action text and triage buttons.
What a finding card shows
Collapsed card, top to bottom:
- Title — e.g. "Code edition update required: Plans reference the 20...".
- Pin-count badge (top-right of the card) — number of pins this finding produced on the sheet (red for Fail, orange for Flag, gray for Pass).
- Code line — e.g. "Code: CBC 101.1 (code adoption date); PMC Title 20; Health & Safety Code 18938".
- Body — what the AI saw and why it matters.
- Tag chips:
- Result tag — Correction (red) for Fails, Needs Review (orange) for Flags.
- Severity — Correction Needed.
- Priority — High or Medium.
- Category — Planning/Zoning, Building, Fire/Life Safety, Building-MEP, Site/Civil, Process.
- Sheet ID — e.g. CS, A1, A3.
Expanding a card
Click anywhere on a card to expand it. You'll see:
- A Required Action block with the detailed reviewer-facing language (often a longer version of the body).
- A chat icon in the bottom-right — see Ask the Assistant about a finding.
- A row of triage buttons: Accept, Reject, Modify, Skip. See Triage a finding.
Grouped by sheet
The left pane is divided by sheet headers — CS 0/1, A1 0/3, etc. The 0/1 is triaged/total for that sheet. Scroll through and the sheet viewer on the right auto-syncs to whichever group you're hovering.
Pins on the sheet
Every finding drops at least one pin on the sheet. Pin colors match the filter pills:
- Red = Fail.
- Orange = Flag.
- Green = Pass.
- Purple = Needs Info.
Pin numbers are 1-based across the whole review, so pin 14 is finding 14 regardless of which sheet. Hover a finding card and the pins for that finding brighten; others dim.
Search
The Search findings… box filters by finding title, body, code section, and tags. It composes with the Fail/Flag/Pass pills — search "electrical" while Fail-only is on to get just electrical fails.
