My Work vs Team queue — what's the difference?
Quick answer: The My Work / Team toggle next to the Plan Reviews title controls whose submittals you see. My Work shows only submittals assigned to you; Team shows everything your department has in the system regardless of assignee. Reviewer accounts land on Team by default so nothing gets missed.
The toggle
Next to Plan Reviews at the top of the dashboard, a two-position pill:
- My Work — submittals where the reviewer avatar is you.
- Team — every submittal in your department.
Your choice persists until you toggle again.
When to use each

| My Work | You want to focus on your own queue and close out items you own. |
| Team | You're picking up new work, looking for a submittal a teammate mentioned, or triaging what's unassigned. |
Filter by a specific teammate
The All Members dropdown on the right side of the filter row lets you pick a single reviewer's name (or All Members). Combined with Team, this lets you see a specific teammate's queue without changing your own.
