How do I pick up a submittal to review?
Quick answer: On the Team queue, find the submittal you want, check the status pill is Completed (AI is done), and click the card — that opens the project detail page where the findings and draft corrections letter live. You don't formally "claim" a submittal in the UI today; picking it up = opening it and starting to triage.
Steps
- On Projects, switch the toggle to Team if you're not already there.
- (Optional) Filter to what you want — by Permit Type, by Status, or by the All Members dropdown.
- Find the submittal. The card shows: thumbnail, project name, address, reviewer avatar, permit-type tag (e.g., Demo), flow tag (City Review), status pill (Completed / Processing / Failed), submission date, kebab menu, chevron.
- Click anywhere on the card to open
/projects/{id}. - You land on the Findings tab with the AI's draft review ready for your triage.
What the status pills mean
