How does the Team queue work?
Quick answer: Team (the other side of the My Work / Team toggle) shows every submittal your city department has in CrossBeam — yours, teammates', and unassigned. Use it to see the whole department's load, pick up unassigned work, or spot-check a teammate's queue with the All Members dropdown.
Whose submittals appear
All submittals from builders who chose your department (e.g. Buena Park) or were routed to your department. Each card shows a reviewer avatar on the right; clicking a teammate in the All Members filter restricts to theirs.
Typical uses
| Use case | Setup |
|---|---|
| Pick up unassigned work | Team, All Members → Unassigned (if offered), sort Newest First. |
| Check a specific teammate's load | Team, All Members → <name>. |
| Triage-wide audit | Team, sort by Status → Failed / Processing to surface stuck items. |
| See only mine | Flip to My Work. |
Permissions
You can view everything on the Team queue. Whether you can edit or issue a teammate's submittal depends on your role — reviewer-admins typically can; standard reviewers may be limited to their own. If a control is disabled, you don't have permission for that one.
