Who is assigned to a submittal, and how do I see it?

Where: Look for the avatar circle on each project card in the Plan Reviews queue

Who is assigned to a submittal, and how do I see it?

Quick answer: Each project card in the queue shows a small circular avatar — the reviewer tied to that submittal (e.g. M Matt). On the Team queue, the All Members dropdown lets you filter to one person's work. Assignment happens at intake; if a card has no reviewer tied to it, it's unassigned and open to pick up.

Where the avatar shows

  • Queue card — circular avatar (initial + name) next to the permit-type tag.
  • All Members dropdown — filter the whole queue to a single reviewer.
  • Project detail — reviewer name appears in the Corrections Letter metadata row (e.g. Reviewer: [AI-Assisted Draft -- Requires Human Review] until a human finalizes; after Finalize, it reflects the person who issued).

Changing assignment

Assignment is configured at intake by your department admin or by the router that brought the submittal in. If you need a submittal reassigned, talk to your admin — the UI doesn't expose a free-form reassign action to standard reviewers today.

Unassigned submittals

A submittal with no reviewer avatar is unassigned. On the Team queue, these tend to collect at the top when sorted Newest First. Picking one up today = opening it and starting to review; your name begins appearing on the card when the submittal is saved with your triage.
