What do the Total / Processing / Completed / Failed counts mean?
Quick answer: The four pills below the Plan Reviews title are a real-time rollup of whatever is currently in view (respecting your My Work / Team toggle and filters). Total is everything, Processing is running AI reviews, Completed is ready to triage, Failed is stuck and needs attention.
The four stats

Quick intake pattern
Each morning: glance at Processing and Failed. Anything Failed gets dealt with first (it's blocked). Anything Processing is in flight — come back to it. Then work through Completed.
