I tried to sign in and was sent to the waitlist
Quick answer: CrossBeam didn't find an account for the email you used. The sign-in page only signs in existing accounts. To create a builder account, start a pre-check at /start with Google or Microsoft. If someone invited you, use the link in their email instead.
Steps
- Have an account already? Go back to Sign in and use the same method and email as before. If you signed up with Google, click Sign in with Google — don't type the email into the password form.
- New, with plans to check? Go to /start, click Google or Microsoft, and upload your plans. That creates your account. See Create an account.
- Invited by a teammate or sent a report? Open the link in that email. It signs you in to the right place. See Accept a team invitation.
- None of these? Fill in the Invite-Only, For Now. form, pick City or Builder, and click Join the Waitlist. You'll see You're on the list.
