What do the List, Sheet, and Focus view modes do?
Quick answer: The List dropdown top-left of the Findings toolbar switches between three layouts — List (split pane, default), Sheet (full-width sheet viewer with a sheet-tab strip), and Focus (one finding at a time, swipe-through). Sheet selection carries between all three.
List mode (default)
- Split pane: findings list on the left, sheet viewer on the right.
- Findings are grouped by sheet with section headers (
CS 0/1,A1 0/3, …). - Scroll the list — the sheet viewer auto-syncs to whichever group you're over.
- Hover a finding card — the card highlights, a chat icon appears, and the pins for that finding brighten on the sheet.
Best for: the default triage flow, sheet by sheet.
Sheet mode
- Full-width sheet viewer — the findings list collapses.
- A sheet-tab strip runs along the bottom with a tab per sheet (
CS 3,AIA.1,A1 5,A1.1 4,A2 6,A3 3, …). The number on each tab is the count of findings in the current filter set. Sheets with zero filtered findings show no count badge. - Click a tab to switch sheets. The active tab is pill-highlighted.
Best for: walking one sheet end-to-end, especially large sheets with many pins.
Focus mode
- One finding at a time, swipe-through style — auto-advances as you triage.
- Only shows findings that still need a saved decision.
- When there's nothing left: big green check, All items reviewed, Return to List button.
Best for: grinding through a specific subset (e.g., filter to Fail only, then grind Focus mode).
Sheet selection persists
Picking a sheet in Sheet mode then switching to List snaps the List to that sheet's group. Useful when you want to pivot between a big-picture view and a single-sheet view without losing your place.
