How do I send each consultant only the corrections they need to fix?
Quick answer: Open your corrections project and click the Packets tab. Each button is a role, such as Architect or designer, Structural engineer, or Mechanical, electrical and plumbing designer, with the number of city comments it owns. Pick a role and click Download this packet, or Download all for every packet in one file.

Open the corrections project from the Runs tab of your dashboard.

Click the Packets tab.

Click a role button. The packet shows each comment that role must answer: the city's words, the sheet, the action to take, and what the reviewer will check.

Click Download this packet to save that role's packet, or Download all to save every packet in one file. Packets download as Markdown text files you can attach to an email or paste into a document.
Roles you may see
Architect or designer, Structural engineer, Civil engineer, Geotechnical engineer, Landscape architect, Pool contractor, Mechanical, electrical and plumbing designer, Energy consultant, Fire protection designer, and Builder. The Builder packet holds items you can handle without a design professional.
Only roles that own at least one comment appear. A comment that two roles must answer appears in both packets.
When there's no Packets tab
Older analyses, and analyses where the comments couldn't be assigned to roles, don't have this tab. Use the Professional Scope tab instead, which describes each design professional's work.
