How do I check my revised plans against the city's corrections (Final Check)?
Quick answer: Open your finished corrections project and click Final Check — upload your revised plans at the top right. Drop the revised set and click Start Final Check. CrossBeam checks only the items from the city's letter against the new sheets and tells you which are addressed, partly addressed, or still open.
Steps
-
Open the corrections project from the Runs tab of your dashboard.
-
Click Final Check — upload your revised plans at the top right of the results.

-
The dialog explains what will be checked and shows what it costs. Drop your revised plans into Drop your revised plans here.
-
Click Start Final Check. A message confirms Final Check started and the progress screen returns.
Reading the result
The summary reads, for example, Final Check: 14 of 17 letter items verified. Each comment's card carries a badge:
- Addressed — the revised plans resolve it.
- Partially addressed — some of it is done.
- Still open — not resolved yet.
- Not in this upload — the sheet it's on wasn't in the revised set.
Fix what's open and run Final Check again if you need to. Earlier rounds stay in the project's version history.
Good to know
- Final Check assumes no major design changes since the analysis. If the design changed a lot, run a new pre-check instead. See Run a pre-check.
- It doesn't look for new problems. For that, check the Likely Next-Round Comments tab on the original analysis.
- Only the person who created the project sees the button.
- Final Check isn't available for planning (entitlement) corrections.
