How do I buy a credit pack?
Quick answer: Go to Credits (or click your credit balance in the account menu). Under Add credits, click Buy Starter, Buy Builder, or Buy Firm, or set a Custom amount and click Buy. Pay in Stripe Checkout. Packs cost less per credit than paying review by review.
Steps

Click your email address in the top-right, then the credits · Add more line. Or go to Credits.

Under Add credits, compare the packs. Each shows the credits, the price, the price per credit, the saving, and how many reviews it covers.

Click the pack's button (Buy Starter, Buy Builder, or Buy Firm). For a different amount, drag or type the number in Custom amount and click Buy.

Pay in Stripe Checkout.

You're returned to Credits with the message Credits added to your account. The balance updates a few seconds later.

- Credits never expire and apply automatically to your next review.
- Credits belong to the person who bought them. Teammates each have their own balance.
