How do I buy credits?
Quick answer: Go to Credits, pick a pack (Starter / Builder / Firm / Custom), click Get N Credits, and pay through Stripe Checkout. Credits land in your account within a minute.
Steps
- Go to Credits.
- Look at the Add More Credits section. The four options are:
- Starter Pack — 10 credits for $225 (10% off)
- Builder Pack — 25 credits for $500 (20% off, most popular)
- Firm Pack — 50 credits for $875 (30% off)
- Custom Amount — any number of credits at $25 per credit
- Click Get N Credits on your pick. You're redirected to Stripe Checkout.
- Enter your card details and complete the payment.
- Stripe redirects you back. You'll see a green Credits added to your account banner and the balance updates within a few seconds.
Accepted payment methods
Stripe Checkout handles the payment form. Credit card is supported everywhere. Depending on your region, Stripe may offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link as one-click options.
After you pay
- Your balance on the Credits page updates.
- A transaction entry appears in Transaction history.
- You can run reviews immediately.
If the balance doesn't update
See Credits didn't update. Short version: it's almost always a slow Stripe webhook; wait 30–60 seconds and refresh.
Refunds
We don't offer automatic refunds on purchased credits, since credits never expire. If something goes wrong with a specific review, the credit is automatically returned (see holds/refunds in How credits work).
