How do I pay for a review?
Quick answer: Upload your plans from /start or + New Project. The project page shows the price for that review and sends you to Stripe Checkout.
Steps
- Upload the plan set and continue to its project page.
- Review the priced quote. Eligible new organizations see the first-review price.
- Click Pay $X & start review.
- Enter your card details in Stripe Checkout. Enter a promotion code there if CrossBeam supplied one.
- Stripe returns you to the project. The review starts automatically after payment.
Accepted payment methods
Stripe Checkout handles the payment form. Credit card is supported everywhere. Depending on your region, Stripe may offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link as one-click options.
After you pay
- CrossBeam grants the credits needed for that review and immediately reserves them for the project.
- A transaction entry appears in Transaction history.
- The review starts automatically.
If the balance doesn't update
See Credits didn't update. Short version: it's almost always a slow Stripe webhook; wait 30–60 seconds and refresh.
Refunds
If a review fails on our side, its credit hold is released automatically. Contact support if a payment needs a manual refund.
