Quick answer: Simple permits (EV, reroof, solar, panel, water heater) are free. ADU is 2 credits / $50. SFR is 4 credits / $100. Multi-unit and commercial is 20 credits / $500.

You can run as many simple-permit pre-checks as you want without spending credits. The AI review is the same — it just costs us less to run for small scopes, so we pass the savings on.
