Is the first pre-check free?
Quick answer: There is no free pre-check. A new organization gets 50% off its first eligible review. Upload plans at /start; CrossBeam confirms the price before sending you to Stripe.

Multi-unit, commercial, and planning reviews use their regular price from the first review.
How eligibility works
- The discount can be redeemed once per organization, even when the organization has multiple team members.
- It applies to the first round only. Resubmittals use their own pricing.
- The checkout page may also accept a promotion code supplied by CrossBeam.
- A partner city may pay for a builder's review under its city contract. That is separate from this discount.
