How do I read my pre-check results?

Quick answer: The results page has 4 tabs — Findings, Corrections Preview, Action Items, Questions. Findings is the workhorse: a split pane with a findings list on the left and the plan sheet on the right, with Fail/Flag/Pass filter pills, three view modes (List/Sheet/Focus), sheet tabs along the bottom, and the Assistant/Bluebeam/Finalize & Issue buttons top-right. Hover a finding to light up its pins on the sheet. Click the chat icon on a finding to ask the Plan Review Assistant about just that finding with the sheet image loaded as context.

The four tabs (top of page)

Tab	What it is
Findings	The working view: list of findings + sheet viewer + AI assistant. This is where you spend most of your time.
Corrections Preview	A formatted draft of the corrections letter a city reviewer would likely issue. Reads like a letter, not a list. Good for sanity-checking tone.
Action Items	Re-grouped into a to-do list ("Fix Before Submitting (Must-Do)", etc.) with scope notes at the top. The fastest way to plan your fixes.
Questions N	Multiple-choice clarifying questions. The N badge shows how many are open. Answer them and the corrections package gets sharper.

Header stats

Top of the page shows: Duration (e.g., 26m 34s), Analysis steps (e.g., 29), Pages reviewed (e.g., 26).

Findings tab — the full breakdown

Filter pills — Fail / Flag / Pass

Three toggle pills above the list:

• Fail (red) — clear code violation or missing requirement. On by default.
• Flag (orange) — uncertain; needs verification against something the AI can't see (site survey, existing conditions). On by default.
• Pass (gray) — rule checked and satisfied. Off by default (dimmed pill).

The counts on each pill are from the total pool (e.g., "Fail 38"). Click a pill to toggle.

Two things happen when you toggle a filter:

1. The findings list updates (and the sheet-section counts at the top change — e.g., CS "0/16" → "0/32" when you add Pass).
2. Pins on the sheet dim instead of disappearing. A filtered-out finding's pin stays visible but goes light/ghostly. This is how you keep spatial awareness of the whole review even when you're filtering.

You can't turn all three off — at least one must stay on.

View modes — the List dropdown (top-left)

Three modes. The dropdown label changes to match the current mode ("List" / "Sheet" / "Focus").

List mode (default)

• Split pane: findings list on the left, sheet viewer on the right.
• Findings are grouped by sheet — section headers like A3 — (N) 1ST FLOOR PLAN w/ ELECTRICAL LAYOUT & SCHEDULES 0/34 divide the list.
• Scroll the list → the sheet viewer auto-syncs to whichever sheet section you're over.
• Drag the divider to resize either pane.
• Hover a finding card — the card highlights, a chat icon appears on the bottom-right of the card, and the pins for that finding brighten on the sheet (others dim).

Sheet mode

• Full-width sheet viewer — no findings list on the left.
• Sheet-tab strip along the bottom — every sheet gets a tab labeled with sheet ID + finding count (e.g., CS 32, CALG.1, A1 2, A1.1 43, A2 2, A3 88, S1.0 16, etc.). Sheets with zero findings in the filtered set have no count badge.
• Click a tab = switch sheet. Active tab is pill-highlighted green.
• Best for working through one sheet end-to-end.
• The sheet-tab strip is also visible at the bottom of the middle pane in List mode (when the Assistant is open) — it's the same strip.

Focus mode

• One finding at a time, swipe-through style. Only shows findings where reviewer_action is "verify" or "complete" and verification is still pending.
• When there's nothing pending, you see: big green check + "No items need verification" + "Return to List" button.
• Auto-advances after each verify / flag action.
• Best for grinding through a specific subset one-by-one (e.g., after filtering to only Fails).

Sheet selection persists

Switch from List to Sheet to Focus and back — the selected sheet follows you. Click a sheet tab in Sheet mode, then switch to List, and List mode snaps to that sheet's section.

Findings list (List mode, left pane)

Each card has:

• Title (e.g., "Electrical Panel Size Specified on Plans").
• Count badge top-right — number of pins this finding produced (e.g., 17 red = 17 Fail pins).
• Body — what the AI saw, often with quoted plan text.
• Tag chips below the body:
  • Result tag — Correction (red) for Fails, Needs Review (orange) for Flags. Pass findings don't show a result tag.
  • Severity tag — Correction Needed.
  • Priority — High or Medium.
  • Category — general, documents, electrical, life-safety, etc.
  • Sheet ID — the sheet the finding lives on.
• Chat icon (visible on hover, bottom-right of card) — click to open the Plan Review Assistant scoped to this finding.

Hover cross-links the card to the sheet: pins brighten, others fade.

Sheet viewer (List/Sheet mode, right pane)

• The plan sheet rendered as a zoomable image.
• Pins overlay every finding anchored to that sheet. Pin colors: red = Fail, orange = Flag, green = Pass, purple = Needs Info.
• Pin number = 1-based sequence across the entire project (finding pc-17 is also pin 17 on the sheet).
• Pins connected to the hovered finding card are bright; others are dimmer.
• Zoom controls top-right: +, −, reset.

Search

The search box filters by finding title, body, code section, and tags. Works with the filter pills — e.g., search "electric" while Fail-only is on.

The Assistant button (top-right of Findings)

Toggles the Plan Review Assistant drawer — a Cursor-style right-rail chatbot with per-finding context, @ mention autocomplete, and named tabs. When open, the button is solid green; when off, outlined. Full guide: Plan Review Assistant.

The progress ring (the N/Total counter)

Shows how many findings you've triaged out of the total. A finding counts as "reviewed" once you've set its verification to verified, flagged, edited, or dismissed. See Triage findings.

Bluebeam

Dropdown with Export to Bluebeam and Import from Bluebeam. See Export to Bluebeam (round-trip).

Finalize & Issue

Green button top-right. Generates your final corrections letter (HTML + DOCX) once you're done triaging. See Finalize & Issue.
